Passionate about putting people first and nurturing Epiphany’s special culture, Melissa joined the executive team in 2023 as the company’s first Chief People Officer. She is responsible for leading the human resources organization and ensuring Epiphany continues to be a company where purpose-driven people are excited to join, eager to contribute, and able to thrive as they grow their careers. Prior to joining Epiphany, Melissa most recently served as CPO of a multi-site, public company with 60,000+ global employees.
Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Chapman University and recently relocated to Austin, TX with her husband, Michael, and rescue pup, Enzo. To rest and recharge, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, practicing yoga, and entertaining family and friends.
